Any contractor wishing to benefit from the advantages provided by the BSDQ must first sign a commitment. This commitment is intended as a collective agreement between users towards a common goal: equality and greater market accessibility by standardizing and facilitating the bidding process.
To facilitate the understanding of the Tendering Code, the TES, and the BSDQ as a whole, the BSDQ has created a user-friendly and accessible tool, known as the learning center.
The geolocation tool provides fast and continuous access to frontline information. Easily find cities and specialties within BSDQ regions, along with guides detailing the scope of work for specific specialties, committed contractors and open projects.
Sign up for the monthly webinars that count as 2 hours of recognized training by RBQ, CMEQ, and CMMTQ.
