Who are we?

Our Mission

To receive and forward bids from specialized contractors in the construction industry, operating within Quebec, to allow general and specialized contractors to benefit from healthy competition and market efficiency, for the benefit of owners.

BSDQ Operations

The BSDQ is a private organization operating under a mandate entrusted to it by the agreement's signatory parties (ACQ -  CMEQ - CMMTQ).

A provincial management Committee, composed of representatives of the three parties to the agreement, oversees the smooth running of operations of the Bureau des soumissions déposées du Québec, ensuring the quality of services offered, and its development.

To support it in its mandate, the provincial management Committee relies on an effective team that ensures the operation of the bid submission system.
