Commitment

Before committing to the BSDQ, it is important to understand what this involves. To committ to the BSDQ, a contractor must :

  1. Hold a contractor licence issued under the Building Act (RBQ);
  2. Complete the commitment document, including the resolution, the TES user protocol and the disciplinary reference (if applicable);
  3. Pay the annual membership fee of $100 + taxes.

Tenderer's commitment

You are a specialized contractor or a general and specialized contractor? Tenderer's commitment allows submission and retrieval of bids.

Recipient contractor's commitment

Are you solely a general contractor? The recipient contractor's commitment only allows submissions to be retrieved.

Modifications of the master user

The master user is the person designated by a company who is responsible for the TES account. This person can also create sub-users to grant TES access to the other members of their organization.

Project owners and professionals

As a project owner or industry professional, your organisation can request access to the TES platform to review the tenders submitted to the BSDQ your projects.

Need help using the BSDQ?

We offer free training every month in webinar format. We can also provide training at your offices, subject to a minimum number of participants. Training sessions last approximately 2 hours and are recognized by the RBQ, CMEQ and CMMTQ as part of their mandatory continuing education programs. Our sessions are offered in French only.
