Commit to BSDQ

Commitment

To commit to the BSDQ, a contractor must hold a contractor license issued under the Building Act, then complete and sign 3 very important documents:

  1. The commitment, which binds your company to the rules of the Tendering Code;
  2. The TES user protocol which designates a person from the company as master user of the TES platform;
  3. A resolution or letter, depending on the legal form of the company, which authorizes the persons designated above to act on behalf of the company.
Please carefully read the instructions below before starting your engagement process.
The form to fill out is located at the bottom of this page.

Tenderer’s commitment

You are a specialized contractor or a general and specialized contractor? Tenderer’s commitment allows submission and retrieval of bids.

Recipient contractor’s commitment

Are you solely a general contractor? The recipient contractor’s commitment only allows submissions to be retrieved.

Modification of the master user

The master user is the person designated by a company who is responsible for the TES account. This person serves as the reference for the BSDQ in case of a forgotten password or any changes to be made to the account.  The master user can also create sub-users to grant TES access to other members of their organization.

Project owners and professionals

As a project owner or industry professional, your organisation can request access to the TES platform to review the tenders submitted to the BSDQ on your projects.
