Integrity at BSDQ

For several years, the BSDQ has implemented various measures to highlight its integrity.

Integrity is the foremost value of the BSDQ, so it goes without saying that an integrity program is implemented to demonstrate its commitment to it.

Accomplished in 2022

Following research on the various programs offered to the industry, the ACQ's integrity program was selected.

Declaration of conflicts of interest

The first major action was to implement a procedure for declaring conflicts of interest. Each year, every employee must complete a form listing potential conflicts of interest according to their personal circumstances. If a situation arises during the year, a different form must be filled out to ensure transparency for the organization and take appropriate action if necessary.

Code of conduct

A code of conduct that details both expectations for employee and the organization's commitments must be signed and followed by all parties involved.

Risk identification

A procedure was carried out to identify potential integrity breach risks, allowing the organization to proactively prepare for these risks.

Training

Every BSDQ employee attended mandatory ethics training to be better equipped.

Integrity officer

Two integrity officers have been appointed at BSDQ to ensure compliance with various integrity policies.

Gift registry

To ensure transparency and eliminate any potential conflict of interest, a control policy has been implemented.

Internal reporting policy

All BSDQ employees can file a confidential complaint with one of the integrity officers if they witness misconduct.

Integrity officer

If you witness a lack of integrity at BSDQ, do not hesitate to report it to the integrity officer via email or mail addressed to 'Integrity Officer' at BSDQ headquarters."
Such reporting enables BSDQ to make necessary adjustments and continually provide the most ethical service to its users.

All reports always remain confidential.
