BSDQ training sessions are offered free of charge to anyone interested in learning more about its role and functioning in the construction industry. Lasting approximately between 1.5 and 2 hours, delivered live by a BSDQ trainer, our training sessions are highly appreciated and are described as very instructive, enriching, clear, and relevant. Our sessions are offered in French only.
Whether you are a construction contractor, project owner, architect, or engineer, understanding how bid submissions work at the BSDQ and the rules of the Tendering Code benefits everyone.

Having trouble with the TES platform?
The BSDQ offers continuous support to its users to help them better understand the TES tool. It is highly recommended that every new user takes some time to get familiar with the TES before preparing their first tender. Several options are available to you.
Fully understand the TES
- By calling the User Service Department directly, a BSDQ agent will take the time needed to explain the application to you.
- By making an appointment with an agent to help you with the preparation of your very first tender, by writing to [email protected].
- By practicing using the TES Demo tool.

The BSDQ supports its users
Support provided by available and competent agents is offered to everyone to answer any questions regarding the BSDQ, the bid submission process, and the use of the TES.
