D-8 TENDERS TO BE FILED ONLY ONCE

Tenderers may file only one tender with respect to the work to which said tender applies, subject to Sections D-9, E-6 and E-8 and subject to Chapter I of this Code.

D-9 DIFFERENT TENDER PRICES FROM ONE RECIPIENT CONTRACTOR TO THE NEXT

A tenderer may file tenders with different prices and terms for different contractors for the performance of the same work. This must be done in accordance with the procedure established by the BSDQ for the use of the TES.
