It should be noted that, for interpretation purposes, the French text shall prevail over the English, the latter being a translation of the French original.
H-1 ACCESS TO TENDERS BY THE BSDQ
One (1) hour after the deadline for recipient contractors to file tenders to the project owner, the BSDQ has access to the tenders filed and all the information they contain, in accordance with the procedure established by the BSDQ for the use of the TES. It then compiles the tenders and makes them available to the persons mentioned who may obtain a copy, such as the project owner, the
architect, and the engineer.
